We have a new Database for you!

Check out our new addition to our database line up.  It's a great resource for students and casual users.  Whether you are involved in a research project or just want to browse historical photographs, news stories important to Native America or contemporary leaders, you will find something of interest.

CELLPHONES AND QUIET ZONES

New this semester is the addition to the library of CellPhone Free Quiet Zones Upstairs in the library.  SGU Students requested that parts of the library be designated as Quiet Study Areas and that they be free from the sounds of cell phones ringing and buzzing and especially from the noise of cell phone conversations.  We listened.......THEREFORE:

We're glad you're here and we want to help you have a great semester.  If you are not familiar with using our website here are some quick pointers to help you get started.
1.If you need to find a library book: go to the tab on this site that says catalog.  You can log into our online catalog with your library card number and last name or just click in as a "guest".  Search for books in our library by selecting Sinte Gleska University from the dropdown menu towards the top of the screen.  Search by title, author or words anywhere.

New SGU Library Website!

The SGU Library website just got a complete overhaul.  Running under the hood is content management system, which will allow site administrators to update any library information in real time.  Take a look and see for yourself!
